Dr. Fay Andrist, Administrator "Dr. Fay" has been a Christian school teacher and administrator for over twenty five years. She has professional lifetime teacher and administration certifications through the Association of Christian Schools International. She is married to Lowell and they have five children, six grandsons and three granddaughters. Life verse; " I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13
Mrs. Peggy Duffey, Administrative Assistant Mrs. Duffey is married to Tony and they have four children and four beautiful granddaughters. They have been members of Tree of Life for eight years. Peggy serves on the Women's Ministry Team. She has worked as a 911 emergency operator and served as a Court Appointed Advocate for abused and neglected children. Her passion is to see souls won for Jesus. John 15:13 "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friend."
Mrs. Dawn Johns, Administrative Assistant "Mrs. Dawn" was born in Panama City Beach, FL. She moved to Lynchburg, VA when she was five years old. She attended Temple Christian School and transferred to Lynchburg Christian Academy when her father began teaching and coaching wrestling at LCA. She attended Liberty University for two years. She is married to David and they have four children; Jessica, Jacob, Jasmine and Jaimie. She counts it a privilege to be working at Tree of Life Academy and ELC. She is comforted by the verse in Romans 8:28 which says, "And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to His purpose for them."
Ms. Aimee Dent, K & 1st Grade Teacher Ms. Dent moved from Western New York state to Lynchburg to pursue a B.S. degree in Youth Ministries and a M. S. in Cross Cultural Communication from Liberty University. Currently she is a full-time mom of two wonderful boys, a teacher and a student at Liberty University pursuing a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling.
Mrs. Ronda Bryant, 2nd and 3rd Grade Teacher Mrs. Bryant has taught elementary school for over 30 years, in both public and Christian schools. She has a BA in Elementary Education from Bob Jones University. She is married to Gary, who is a pastor with a campground ministry, and they have one daughter, Dawn and one son, Dean. They have three granddaughters and one grandson. Ronda is the pianist/organist for her husband's campground church.
Mrs. Starrla Song, 4th and 5th Grade Teacher Mrs. Song has a BA in Elementary Education from Liberty University. She has taught Kindergarten and First grade for almost 20 years. She taught in Ui Jong Bu, South Korea for ten years and in the Lynchburg area for 10 years. She is married to Jason and they have three children; Joseph (Air Force), Isaac (student at CVCC) and Emily (8th grade).
Ms. Ashley Zwillman,Teacher's Assistant "Ms. Ashley" as the students call her,comes to us from Washington, DC. She attended University of the Nations. She worked as a volunteer aboard the Mercy Ship "Anastasis", a large hospital ship that went to Sierra Leone,Africa. She has traveled to Monterrey, Mexico and to Benin,Africa with Youth With a Mission. She worked with Youth With a Mission as a Staff Leader, taking youth on mission trips to Goa, India. After her mission trips she worked at Sandy Cove Ministries in Maryland and taught preschool in Northern Virginia. She loves God and people. She desires to make an impact in the world by sharing His message of hope, love, and salvation.

Pastor Tommy Tucker, PE Teacher Pastor Tommy is the Pastor for Daily Operations for Tree of Life Ministries. He is married to Michelle and they have four children; Tim, Emmie, Shannon and Brooklyn.

Mr. Stephen Collins, Before and After School Program Mr. Collins is married to Sharon and they are Youth Pastors for Tree of Life. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. He taught in the public schools of Morganton, North Carolina and worked with exceptional children. He also taught in a Before and After School Program in an elementary school in North Carolina. He and his wife were children's pastors of a church in North Carolina. He states "I absolutely love teaching the younger children about biblical characters and applying biblical truths."

Mrs. Diana Coppage, Kindergarten and First Grade Mrs. Coppage graduated from Central Bible College. She is a proud mother and grandmother. She has taught in private and public schools in Virginia and Delaware. She thoroughly enjoys being around students. She believes "it is very important that students receive a strong foundation in God's Word so they are able to withstand the enemy in the world we live in."
